Inside this lovely mountain cottage style home is filled with comfort, convenience, and charm. Three king beds plus three bathrooms provide lodging perfection. Cooks will enjoy the spacious kitchen and open floorplan. Outside Blueberry is the perfect place to disconnect from day to day and reconnect with nature. Nestled on Maple Lane in the Timberline community, Blueberry offers the perfect place for hiking, biking, and exploring nature. Peaceful home in a tranquil location

Blueberry was located in a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil location of Timberline. It was the perfect spot for three couples to relax over a long weekend and after hitting the slopes.

Great experience!

Lovely little house. Plenty of space, but everything is easily accessible. Nice little backyard and back deck. Nice updated kitchen. Great place to stay with three little kids. Only complaints is the door to the backyard had a really hard time opening and closing and the electricity was not working in one of the bathrooms. I'm sure these problems will be fixed for the future. This neighborhood is a wonderful place to stay with access to dolly sods and neighborhood trails. We left something behind and they were quick to find it and mail it to us.

Great gathering house

The house is great for friends and couples to gather with 3 king beds. Kitchen is modern and nice. House has all the basics and beds are very good and comfy. House is a bit damp though, and furnishings and decor are adequate but sparse. Door to back porch was stuck so much we could barely use it.

Blueberry for the grandparents and the granddaughter

We had a good stay in the Timberline rental house Blueberry ( May 13-18 ) our three year old granddaughter had a blast fishing at the Wood Pond and Spruce Island Lake. The house is very nice, clean and up to date, plenty of room and space for the 3 of us, nice back deck. Best of Canaan is our go to for our rentals and they are the best. Looking forward for our next visit in October.

Our group has been coming to Canaan for over 35 years. This stay was one of the best! The people at Best of Canaan are the best! We had some minor concerns when we arrived. They responded to these concerns immediately. Nothing much else to say.We had a great time and to be redundant loved working with Best of Canaan !

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to the Blueberry over the winter break. Location was excellent as we were able to ski at Timberline and come back to the place for a quick lunch. The nearby towns were adorable and we will definitely return.

Quiet in the woods

This property offers a quiet night of sleep on a king size mattress in the woods. We had deer in the front yard one morning and a flock of turkey in the back yard the next morning. The photos were accurate and the house is very pleasant.
The amenities were adequate, but not luxurious. Good bed linens and towels. Good assortment of kitchen supplies. But no Kleenex, no coffee filters, no hair dryer, no little shampoos. The fireplace was disappointing, small blue flames. Master bathroom was beautiful, but the water pressure left a lot to be desired.
Good property. Good location.

Great House, great beds

Great space, nice back deck, new kitchen and baths. The couch was comfy. The kitchen has the essentials. The beds were great.
My only complaint is needing better bedside tables and no end tables or desk in living area.

Great Property in a Great Location
We are spoiled because we typically visit family for vacation so we don’t have to think about what we bring. This year, we tried someplace new & different, and wound up @ Blueberry in Canaan Balley. Most importantly, the description was accurate and it was CLEAN. We had plenty of towels, nice linens, and comfy furniture to lounge on. We were nicely secluded but also just a quick drive to explore the local area. We had a great horseback ride at Mountain Trail Rides, a fun day exploring the towns of Davis & Thomas , and a trip to Smoke Hole Caverns was great for a hot day. We even got a live glass blowing demo from Glass by Scott. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, the locals were super friendly and had great suggestions to narrow down some of the options. We would absolutely come back again.
