I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. She always has a quick solution to any issues that may arise with a quick phone call to one of her many contacts in the area. She even arranged for a pre move-in cleaning and firewood delivery! On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.
