On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

Working with Amy was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive, helpful, and gave honest opinions. She did not pressure us in any way, but strove to understand our needs and desires. Her negotiation skills were appreciated.

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well. I’m very grateful for her help and the experience she brought with her, as well as her constant good humor.
