I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

Amy is the best agent I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve bought 5 homes over the years. She didn’t push her own listings, and really gave me great advice on pricing strategy. She definitely was in my corner vis a’ vis other agents in the area – and you so often get the sense that real estate agents merely watch each other’s back. I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day.
