Amy is the best agent I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve bought 5 homes over the years. She didn’t push her own listings, and really gave me great advice on pricing strategy. I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well. On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

Amy Barb is excellent. We currently live in The Woodlands,TX, but will be retiring in our home state of West Virginia. Amy showed us many great properties during the Thanksgiving holidays and when we found the one we loved, she worked tirelessly to get the home under contract. I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. She always has a quick solution to any issues that may arise with a quick phone call to one of her many contacts in the area. She even arranged for a pre move-in cleaning and firewood delivery!
