Disappointed

We were disappointed in the condition of the property. The blinds in the bedrooms had slats missing. This made sleeping difficult as lights from the snow cats and the resort were constantly shing in. Much better window coverings are definitely needed. Also, when we went to do laundry, we discovered that the hot and cold water was hooked up backwards. The fan in the refrigerator also was very noisy. The property managers were great, but the property itself was not up to expectations.
Thank you, Michael, for your feedback on Slopeside C204. We do apologize that you did not feel like the unit was up to your expectations. We were able to get into the unit when it had an opening to fix the hot/cold water issue. We will let the owner know about the concerns regarding the window coverings.
