It's all about the location
The location is great...and that's what you're paying for. The unit was clean, but the furniture was in bad shape (one of the stools was falling apart) and the blinds were dysfunctional (an issue when you're right next to the ski lifts, which are lit up all night long). The kitchen and bathrooms were marginally appointed (we ran out of toilet paper, but fortunately were close enough to the lodge that we just used the bathrooms there on our last day).
BUT we'd stay there again because of the location. It's literally spitting distance from the slopes.
