We just wanted to let the owner know how much we enjoyed our condo. It was clean and updated and very spacious and roomy. The furniture was nice and very comfortable. Thank you!! We will be renting this one again.

We have been staying in Deerfield Village on summer vacation for close to 30 years! This is the first time we stayed in a remodeled unit! It was great!

In general rentals in and around Timberline need some major updating. This rental is pretty good considering. The main level has been updated. Newer kitchen, and flooring and appliances. The kitchen needs replacement non-stick pots/pans as they are all flaking. Also there are no baking/cookie trays..could use one or two. Other than that it's pretty well stocked. The bathrooms have been updated at some point. While not necessarily how I would have done them, they are not original and are clean. The shower head in the master bathroom could be replaced...I'm all for good water pressure but it's kinda insane, almost painful. I tried to adjust it to no avail. Would love the owner to invest in new mattresses and pillows for the unit. They are older than old and super uncomfortable and sagging. Also, the bunk room is great for housing more kids but we had teenagers who felt as though the bunks could come crashing down at any moment. So some newer/sturdier bunks would also be great. I'm sure they are ok for little kids, but teenagers not so much.
It was a nice feature that each bedroom had plenty of towels supplied and extra in the bathrooms.
The main levels sectional couch was a plus also as it fits quite a few people on it comfortably.
Check in and check out was super easy as well.
Overall we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic time with our grandkids. The condo was so nice and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The amenities are amazing and we will definitely return.
