Working with Amy was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive, helpful, and gave honest opinions. She did not pressure us in any way, but strove to understand our needs and desires. Her negotiation skills were appreciated.

Once my husband and I met Amy, we knew we would find a home. Amy sent us frequent listing updates, property details and spent endless hours driving us around the Valley. She has amazing listening skills, endless patience and a very kind disposition. Her knowledge of the housing market, construction and service contract personnel have helped us immensely. Even after closing, I know I can call Amy with a question and get a helpful answer. We certainly think Amy is the best choice in Canaan Valley for a realtor.

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. She always has a quick solution to any issues that may arise with a quick phone call to one of her many contacts in the area. She even arranged for a pre move-in cleaning and firewood delivery! Amy didn’t leave any stone unturned until we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for a real estate transaction in the area.

Amy was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous, all along the way. It took us nearly nine months to find the right house, but she was game to show us properties again and again. She is highly-regarded in the area, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise.

Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well.
