Amy knows her stuff! She made buying our vacation home painless. Good communicator, professional and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and can’t wait to get back out to our vacation home.

Amy has the ability to listen and hear things that the prospective buyer might not even be saying out loud. She asks questions, listens to answers and finds the houses to look at without wasting the buyer’s time/money. She has become a friend and a trusted resource for property management

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. She always has a quick solution to any issues that may arise with a quick phone call to one of her many contacts in the area. She even arranged for a pre move-in cleaning and firewood delivery! Amy didn’t leave any stone unturned until we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for a real estate transaction in the area.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well. I’m very grateful for her help and the experience she brought with her, as well as her constant good humor.

Amy Barb is excellent. We currently live in The Woodlands,TX, but will be retiring in our home state of West Virginia.
