Amy Barb is a real pro in Canaan Valley. She has vast local experience, and knows how to negotiate. She’s also really great to work with – helpful, kind, responsive and not pushy at all. Amy is the best!

Once my husband and I met Amy, we knew we would find a home. Amy sent us frequent listing updates, property details and spent endless hours driving us around the Valley. She has amazing listening skills, endless patience and a very kind disposition. Her knowledge of the housing market, construction and service contract personnel have helped us immensely. Even after closing, I know I can call Amy with a question and get a helpful answer. We certainly think Amy is the best choice in Canaan Valley for a realtor.

Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.
