Amy is the best. I can’t imagine anyone in the area knows or sells more. Thanks Amy for all your help. To buy in the Canaan Valley and not work with Amy would be crazy. Thoughtful service throughout the process. Amy was forthcoming with honest answers. She truly understands customer service. I will highly recommend Amy in the future without hesitation.

Once my husband and I met Amy, we knew we would find a home. Amy sent us frequent listing updates, property details and spent endless hours driving us around the Valley. She has amazing listening skills, endless patience and a very kind disposition. Her knowledge of the housing market, construction and service contract personnel have helped us immensely. Even after closing, I know I can call Amy with a question and get a helpful answer. We certainly think Amy is the best choice in Canaan Valley for a realtor.

I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well. I’m very grateful for her help and the experience she brought with her, as well as her constant good humor.
