We have done business with Amy twice. She worked with us on our acquisition of a Canaan home and then recently helped us sell it after several years. In our opinion, her local expertise is unsurpassed because of her broad and deep history marketing properties for sale and rental as well as property management. On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day.
