Amy is the best agent I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve bought 5 homes over the years. She didn’t push her own listings, and really gave me great advice on pricing strategy. She definitely was in my corner vis a’ vis other agents in the area – and you so often get the sense that real estate agents merely watch each other’s back. If you want someone who is unquestionably going to put your interests first, go with Amy. If you want to pay the very least you can for your home, go with Amy.

Once my husband and I met Amy, we knew we would find a home. Amy sent us frequent listing updates, property details and spent endless hours driving us around the Valley. She has amazing listening skills, endless patience and a very kind disposition. Her knowledge of the housing market, construction and service contract personnel have helped us immensely. I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. She always has a quick solution to any issues that may arise with a quick phone call to one of her many contacts in the area. She even arranged for a pre move-in cleaning and firewood delivery! Amy didn’t leave any stone unturned until we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for a real estate transaction in the area.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

We were unfamiliar with the area while looking for a second home and Amy provided very straightforward and honest guidance. After we had the property under contract she helped with everything from utilities to insurance etc. We highly recommend her!
